Refund policy

At Avoria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here is how to proceed.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European and Spanish regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to provide any justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the end of this period by sending an email to info.avoria@gmail.com, including your order number and the products you wish to return.

Return conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.
  • Returns of products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for hygiene reasons (applicable to beauty and personal care devices).
  • The product must include all original accessories and documentation.

Return process

  1. Contact us at info.avoria@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We will send you the return instructions.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs and send a replacement product or issue a full refund.
