Shipping policy

1. Shipping area
We ship to the United States and Canada.

2. Delivery times
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, the estimated delivery time is up to 14 calendar days. This timeframe may be affected by:

  • National or local holidays

  • Carrier-related incidents

  • Force majeure events beyond Avoria’s control

We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

3. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

5. Delivery address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. Avoria is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Undelivered orders
If you have not received your order within the maximum delivery time, please contact us at info.avoria@gmail.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.

7. Transport damage
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, we recommend noting it on the carrier’s delivery slip and contacting us within 48 hours at info.avoria@gmail.com with photos of the package condition.
